We design healthcare renovations, infrastructure upgrades and phased construction inside active facilities, where infection control, life safety and uninterrupted patient care drive every decision.

Projects
Paradigm completed the design for a new, approximately 7,000 square foot boiler plant serving the Sioux Falls VA campus and is now providing construction period services. The project includes three boilers, dual-fuel capability, emergency power and a connection to the existing steam tunnel.
Paradigm provided design and construction period services for the renovation of approximately 17,200 square feet of ICU and telemetry space at the Des Moines VA Medical Center. The design improves patient privacy and supports care in one of the facility's most critical areas while the hospital stays in operation.
Paradigm completed the design for a fire alarm modernization across three acres of the Memphis VA Medical Center and is now providing construction period services. The design replaces aging systems across buildings of different ages and clinical functions, with phased installation planned to keep the occupied medical center operating during construction.
Paradigm designed the 18,600 square foot renovation of a 25-bed medical/surgical unit at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.
Paradigm designed two new elevators, elevator lobbies, an elevator shaft and an offstage corridor serving the MRI suites in the new 2,500 square foot Radiology basement addition at the Palo Alto VA.
Paradigm provided design services to improve campus access and security at the Dayton VA Medical Center, including a new entrance, video surveillance and duress call boxes.
